When your leaving your rented accommodation most if not all Landlords expect the property back in the condition they gave it to you in. We at The Errand Company have a proven record of returning your property back to its initial state therefore giving you the best possible chance of regaining your deposit back. We do a thorough meticulous deep clean of all rooms in the property ensuring that the property is returned with the sparkle it was given to you in.

Please note these prices are for two cleaners (excluding the studio flat) who will do a in-depth deep clean of your premise.

In the first instance fill in our Contact Enquiry Form with some basic information on your requirements we will then contact you to better understand your requirements and to put up a viable care plan in place.

We bring our own standard cleaning materials.

Please, call for a quote if there is more than one bathroom in the property or if there are additional rooms such as study room, office room, second reception, dinning room, conservatory, dressing room, utility room, laundry room, cellar, attic or garage.

Please note that all prices can  vary depending on the condition, the size and the location of the property. The Errand Company reserves the rights to change prices without notice if the client has misrepresented any information. A new quote will be given before the works commences. For new clients 50% of the total fee will be required in advance of the cleaning commencing, the balance to be paid on completion.

If you request an additional or specialist cleaning substance to be used this will have to be notified to us in advance and will have to be paid for by yourself.
