Yes, we believe anyone working in your home should be covered. We hold a Comprehensive insurance. Copy of our insurance is available upon request.
DO YOU SCREEN YOUR EMPLOYEES?
Yes, we carefully screen all of our employees and check references. All of our employees have public liability insurance with a minimum million pound cover. Also, all of our employees must have relevant experience, qualification if required or training before starting work with us. They also must speak and read English and have a good professional manner and wear our company uniform for cleaning.
IS YOUR SERVICE GUARANTEED?
Yes, our cleaning service for 24hours after clean. Our trade professionals give a minimum 1 month warranty on any work carried out within your home.
HOW DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENT?
We accept majority of debit and credit cards, cheque or direct transfer. Cheques accepted by regular customers only. Payment is due at the end of the service. Your trade professional will provide you with a written receipt after payment.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR POSTPONE A TRADE PROFESSIONAL?
You must provide us with 24hrs notice to cancel or change the service you have booked with us. There is a £50 cancellation fee if this is not adhered to, this also applies if the trade professional requires access and is unable to gain access to your home or office through no fault of their own..
Company Identification – All our operatives are issued with a photo identification card stating their name.
