Our Rates: We charge a minimum of one hour on all jobs, thereafter work is charged in 30 minute increments. Rates exclude materials and are subject to VAT.
Estimates can be provided by the plumber before work commences.
Fixed Prices * can be given if requested either verbal or a written quotation by the plumber before work commences and are subject to VAT.
The Invoice presented will clearly show a full description of work carried out – and a full breakdown of Labour and Materials.
Payment for materials need to be paid upfront in order to buy necessary items. Labour cost must be made in full by credit card, cheque, cash, or bank transfer immediately upon receipt of the invoice. We reserve the right to ask for 50% of the labour charge upfront.
